Escrow Officer

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with an established title company. Our client has been an active part of the DFW community for over 25 years and has provided exceptional customer service since day one.

The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Manage the real estate closing process, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions.
• Understand the escrow process to determine the steps required to transfer property title pursuant to the conditions outlined in the real estate contract and lender instructions.
• Collaborate with the title examination team to resolve issues such as legal descriptions, easements, lot splits, vesting, tax liens, abstracts of judgment, bankruptcies, boundary disputes, and encroachments.
• Prepare all closing documents necessary to ensure title insurance is issued at closing.
• Oversee the issuance of checks, bills, statements, and receipts associated with the closing process.
• Secure all documents (corrective and others) required for the issuance of title insurance.
• Conduct closings with customers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.

Pay Rate Range : $65,000 - $85,000 (salaried position)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
