Compensation Business Systems Analyst
Meta is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with operational and analytical experience to work on systems-related business needs that support the Compensation Team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help develop and maintain tools to provide data and analytics to the greater Compensation team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, relational databases, SQL, Python, Excel, and business intelligence tools to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods, provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data, and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Support the group with reporting, audits, security administration, and data loads
- Manage the intake of ad-hoc reporting requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional owners, regions, application managers, and engineering) to support strategic initiatives by applying systems knowledge, identifying opportunities, and developing or enhancing compensation systems
- Working with large data sets, apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data aggregation, and the presentation of data to go beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, execute business decisions, and streamline our processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experienceBS / BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable fieldExperience with systems, relational databases, SQL, Python, Excel (including building models), and business intelligence tools for reporting / dashboarding requiredAnalysis, communication and collaboration skills requiredPreferred Qualifications
Experience using Workday and / or Salesforce and creating advanced reports strongly preferredExperience in Tableau preferredExperience with SharePoint and Power Automate a plusFamiliarity with VBA, especially as it relates to Excel and its object model, or programming / scripting knowledge a plusProject management experience a plus122,000 / year to $177,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
