As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee our Oil and Gas surveying activities in the Atlanta area.

Job Description :

As the Regional Director for the survey industry, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil survey operations within the designated area. Leveraging your extensive background in oil and gas land development and / or transportation. You will lead a team of surveyors to deliver accurate and timely survey deliverables for various construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Team Leadership and Development :

Recruit, train, and mentor surveyors to ensure a high-performing team.

Oversee the planning and execution of surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the designated area, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Manage budgetary responsibilities for survey operations, including resource allocation and cost control measures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
