Summary : Seeking a Principal Applications Engineer with expertise in power electronics to drive product integration and support strategic customer engagements.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree a plus
  • 10+ years in power electronics applications and / or design
  • Proven experience engaging Tier 1 customers, securing design wins, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with power electronics lab tools (oscilloscopes, EMI tools, analyzers)
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Pspice, SIMetrix / Simplis, MATLAB, Mathcad, Excel

Preferred Skills :

  • Strong technical writing ability (application notes, datasheets, training material)
  • Experience developing or supporting evaluation boards, models, and reference designs
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and field teams

    • Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for strategic customers to support design wins
  • Partner with applications design teams to assist in mass production transitions
  • Develop and manage technical documentation including application notes and product guides
  • Support Field Application Engineers through product training and application guidance
  • Conduct industry and customer research to define system / application requirements

    • Pay Details : $125,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
