Commercial Loan Officer
Are you an experienced commercial lender looking to join a strong, relationship-driven community bank? We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial Loan Officer to build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans (C&I, CRE, SBA, or Ag, depending on expertise).
- Source new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Analyze financial statements, prepare credit packages, and ensure sound underwriting.
- Monitor loan performance and manage ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and senior leadership to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
