Bavarian Motor Repairs LLC is seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Automotive Technician Apprenticeship Program . This is a unique opportunity to work alongside master-level BMW and Mercedes-Benz technicians , learning a lifelong skill that can build you a rewarding career and a great life!

We are not looking for experience—we are looking for drive, hunger, and the willingness to learn .

Initial Pay Range : $14.50 – $18.50 per hour (based on performance, growth, and skill development during the program).

Opportunity for fast advancement up to $150,000+ a year based on your learning and abilities, typically taking 4-6 years.

A young, motivated individual eager to work with their hands.

Someone who is punctual, coachable, and disciplined .

A strong work ethic and the ability to study and practice in and out of work.

Ability to read, type, and follow instructions carefully.

Reliable transportation, a clean driving record , clean background, and no drug abuse history .

What You’ll Learn

During this two-year apprenticeship, you will receive hands-on training in :

Shop safety, including lift operation and safe vehicle movement.

How to properly check in a vehicle and build a repair order.

Understanding client concerns and communicating them effectively.

Performing digital photo / video health reports on vehicles.

Locating service and repair information.

Reading wiring diagrams and following manufacturer repair procedures.

Proper tool care : you’ll be assigned apprentice tools that must remain clean, organized, and ready for use.

As your skills grow, you’ll progress to performing real-world repairs such as :

Engine and transmission replacements.

Scheduled maintenance services.

Tire replacements.

Professional-level repairs following OEM standards.

Program Details

Duration : Approximately 2 years.

Training : Hands-on learning with master BMW / Mercedes-Benz technicians.

Outcome : Gain the skills and confidence to perform independent repairs and set yourself up for a successful, lifelong career in the automotive industry.
