We are urgently seeking a Property Manager with experience in apartment complexes to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and coordinate all transactions.
  • Attract and educate new tenants.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Supervise and train property staff.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years' experience in property management at apartment complexes.
  • Able to manage at least 200 units.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH.
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
