We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information—while building strong relationships that contribute to company growth. What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely, professional manner

Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and follow-up communications

Learn our product line and services to confidently answer customer questions

Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and administrative staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Maintain customer records and sales data using company systems

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs

Provide excellent service and support to build long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

Previous inside sales, customer service, or account management experience is helpful, but not required

Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and personable

Computer literate; comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software

Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow through on details

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn product knowledge

Team player who can also work independently to drive results
