Customer Service Representative

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative for a growing logistics operation in Little Rock, AR. This is not an entry-level position-ideal candidates will have proven experience in customer service and strong computer proficiency. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoy being the go-to person for customer needs, we want to hear from you!

Pay : $20.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and in person
• Walk through the warehouse as needed to coordinate service and logistics
• Interact with customers on-site and resolve inquiries with professionalism
• Use various computer systems to enter orders, track shipments, and update records
• Support internal teams by ensuring customer needs are met accurately and efficiently
• Occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds as needed
