We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, ambitious, problem solver, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and textsMonitor Social Media AccountsIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgePrioritize calls according to the level of urgencyTransmit information to the appropriate person or departmentDirect response units to appropriate locationMonitor status of the response teamQualifications
College DegreePrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredComputer savvy and familiar with customer management softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projectsProblem solverExcellent typing and data entry skillsAbility to work in our office M-F 8am-5pm (this is not a remote position)
