Head of Corporate Development

The Head of Corporate Development will lead the organization’s inorganic growth strategy, shaping and executing acquisitions that drive long-term strategic priorities. The role combines market mapping, competitive analysis and emerging technology insights to identify opportunities ranging from tuck-in tech, IP acquisitions and acqui-hires to larger transformative deals. The position partners closely with the CEO, CFO, executive leadership and the board to ensure each transaction aligns with multiyear growth plans and accelerates innovation in areas such as AI, data analytics and digital marketplace enablement.

The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity or corporate development, with a proven record of executing complex transactions. Success requires strong strategic thinking, financial modeling and deal execution expertise, along with the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and the ability to manage complex cross-functional M&A processes from origination through integration.
