Position Overview :
The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions within the facility, ensuring compliance with employment laws, promoting employee engagement, and supporting the recruitment and retention of top talent. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with a commitment to our employees and residents.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with facility goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure staffing needs are met.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure facility compliance.
Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies accurately and efficiently.
Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting staff engagement, professional development, and employee satisfaction.
Lead initiatives for workforce training, performance improvement, and staff recognition programs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with HR software and systems preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Salary / Wage Range
