Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Trainer to support a major implementation program in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of designing and delivering training to end users, superusers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, process guides, e-learning assets, and quick reference documents tailored for D365 F&O users.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions (on-site and virtual) for Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and related modules.
- Support business readiness activities by assessing user training needs and tailoring content appropriately.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, change management teams, and project leads to align training with business processes.
- Conduct train-the-trainer programs to enable internal teams to deliver future training.
- Provide on-the-ground go-live support, including floor-walking, user assistance, and troubleshooting user issues.
- Track training progress, attendance, assessments, and user readiness metrics.
- Update materials postgo-live to reflect system changes or user feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
35+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012 with upgrade exposure).Strong functional understanding of at least two core modules (e.g., Finance, GL, AP / AR, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Warehouse).Proven experience designing and delivering ERP training to diverse user groups.Ability to translate complex system processes into clear, user-friendly training content.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in large transformation or ERP rollout projects.Strong documentation and content creation capabilities (PowerPoint, Word, e-learning tools, etc.).Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules.Experience in change management or working within a formal change program (e.g., Prosci).Prior involvement in multi-site or global ERP rollout programs.Experience creating interactive content using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or similar.Additional Details
Must be able to work on-site in Cincinnati as required (some hybrid flexibility possible).Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.Some travel to regional sites may be required depending on project stage.
