In the role of Field Marketing Manager working in Southern California, you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company Marketing Team.
This position reports to the Director of Field Marketing.
What You'll Be Brewing :
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Building the Molson Coors portfolio of brands within the management unit or territory level by driving local brand positioning and investment
- Lead Management Unit budget execution, and collaborate with sales teams to drive co-op partner / distributor investment
- Create strong customer relationships with alliance partners and provide thought leadership on industry and activation
- Collaborate with strategy and planning teams and co-develop annual and 3 year marketing plans inclusive of Management Unit Alliance roadmap and investment strategy
- Activate and develop support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
- Relationship owner with key agency partners (creative (ATL / BTL), media, experiential)
- Development of people and team inclusive of FMA and CDX (where applicable)
- Conduct regular in-market work to both evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers

Pay and Benefits : At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $107,000.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
