The Perfect Candidate Will Have :

Prior experience in a legal setting
Advanced software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and e-filing
Excellent communication abilities and exceptional organizational skills
Strong references and a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications :

Over 2 years of litigation experience with a proactive approach

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while providing outstanding support to both attorneys and clients

Superior communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, colleagues, and clients

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and keen attention to detail

Proficiency in handling legal files, drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating court dates, and conducting research to support case preparation

Expertise in MS Word and the entire Office suite

A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
