Email Designer / Digital Designer – Beauty & Retail Focus

Location : Bolingbrook, IL

Type : Contract (3 Months)

Industry Focus : Must have experience in retail, e-commerce, or beauty sectors

Join our Brand Marketing team as a Digital Designer & Email Designer , where you'll blend design creativity with technical execution to build high-quality, brand-consistent emails and digital content.

Responsibilities :

Build responsive, dynamic emails in SFMC , Movable Ink , and custom HTML / CSS
Support campaigns with visually engaging designs that adhere to branding
Align creative assets with seasonal launches and targeted campaigns
Work closely with CRM, Loyalty, and Digital teams
Optimize email content for engagement and conversions through testing

Required Qualifications :

3–5 years in a digital design / email developer role in a beauty, retail, or e-commerce setting

Strong understanding of design systems and customer journey mapping

Skilled with Figma , Photoshop , Illustrator , and Dreamweaver

Working knowledge of AMPscript , email triggers , and segment-based marketing

Bonus : JavaScript, After Effects, or API knowledge
