We are currently looking for a Project Manager II - Sustainability (LACCD 490)  for our contract with Los Angeles Community College District.  We are accepting applications for this position through  12 / 15 @ 9am Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required.  This is an on-site, long term job.

You must be located in Southern California.

NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Location :

  • PMO (Monterey Park, CA) Number of positions : 1 Type : Direct Hire Salary Range :  $163K - $183K Minimum Requirements Required Experience / Skills : 2 years’ experience in Educational Facility Construction  Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)  Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include master planning, design, construction and closeout.  Experience in alternative delivery methods.  Experience with using a web based project management system.  Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and / or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)  Experience in Formal Construction Partnering  Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction / design processes or similar  A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors  A valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).    Compensation : The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
  • Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
