A company is looking for an Infrastructure Strategy Student Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Infrastructure Strategy Department and back-office teams
Manage action items and follow-ups from meetings, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
Participate in project-related workgroups and assist with project management and process improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with a minimum of six semester units or nine quarter units and a GPA of at least 2.0
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum one year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment, preferably in an office setting
Majoring in Organizational Leadership or a business-related field preferred
Previous experience in project management preferred
