Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Job Details
What You Will Do :
- Oversee the multi-national, Accounts Receivable function through direct engagement with customers and internal resources
- Continuously advance all aspects of the AR function to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables
- Collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams in resolving customer questions, aging issues, and past due accounts
- Identify, document, and resolve complex customer issues that may hinder timely collection
- Updates management of AR aging, collections, and at-risk customers
- Lead accurate cash application efforts for multi-currency entities
- Document relevant customer collection notes within the GL subledger
- Review customer accounts to ensure payments are properly applied and outstanding balances are researched and resolved
- Report and analyze Accounts Receivable metrics to enable strategic decision-making
- Maintain process documentation and desktop manuals, complete updates as needed
- Supervise efforts to monitor and track the AR inbox
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures
- Complete ad-hoc responsibilities as required
- Assist with audits
Requirements :
Accounts Receivable Supervisory (people leader) experienceThorough knowledge of applicable accounts receivable / general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate proceduresStrong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skillsDemonstrate professionalism when dealing with conflict, changing priorities and pressure situationsStrong MS Excel knowledgeAbility to build relationships with customers and internal departmentsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentMaintains a positive and respectful attitudeNetSuite ERP, Zuora, salesforce.com experience a plusPrior B2B collections at mid-size or large SaaS / Technology company preferredRegular and reliable attendance requiredWhat We Offer :
