You'll rotate through ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, gaining diverse experiences and enhancing your clinical skills.
Your Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support unitsDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environmentQuickly adapt to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellenceWhat We Need :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Ability to meet specific scheduling requirementsTraining & Skills :
Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse duties to enhance leadership skillsYour Advantages :
