In the initial months, you will prepare to become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for the SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses. This process is fully sponsored by Fidelity and includes paid study time and access to resources like licensing coaches and workshops.
As you advance, you'll manage more complex customer interactions, dedicating time to connect with your team and leaders, while expanding your professional network.
As you gain confidence, you'll have the chance to explore new career paths within Fidelity through job shadowing and our career center.
