Senior Marketing Manager

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this high-impact leadership role, you will develop and oversee multichannel marketing strategies that increase market share, drive cross-sell opportunities and transform how we engage prospects and customers across channels. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and tactical executor, able to drive performance while also supporting in-the-weeds execution.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, execute and optimize integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering growth, accountability and a customer-first mindset
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning marketing priorities with business objectives and developing go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and risks
  • Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches, tools and channels to ensure strategies remain modern, effective and competitive
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting, improve campaign performance and inform future strategy
  • Oversee campaign automation, segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and growth

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email and content strategy
  • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives when needed
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
