Summary :
The Marketing Coordinator is integral in executing localized restaurant marketing to boost brand awareness, guest engagement, and community involvement. This role collaborates with leadership and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation of marketing campaigns within the restaurant and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities :
Assisting in planning, preparing, and executing marketing promotions, giveaways, and events.
Distributing promotional materials to community partners including schools, churches, and businesses.
Maintaining a vibrant social media presence through content creation and scheduling.
Tracking campaign success through basic data analysis and guest feedback.
Coordinating with the Operator and marketing team for outreach efforts and Be Our Guest card distribution.
Representing Chick-fil-A at local sponsorship and community engagement events.
Building and managing relationships with local schools and nonprofit partners.
Supporting the implementation of national Chick-fil-A marketing strategies at the local level.
Qualifications :
