Responsibilities and Qualifications :

  • Ability to erect steel structure including : columns beams bar joists and decking
  • Ability to erect pre-cast panels
  • Experience using oxy-acetylene torch
  • Ability to work at ease at elevated heights

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
  • Must be able to perform tasks while walking climbing bending kneeling crouching reaching and handling

    • Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance

    • Other considerations :

  • All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check drug screen and physical capacity test
  • Wages are based on experience and performance
  • Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm winter / fall 7am-3 : 30pm spring / summer)
  • Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

  • Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz. 25 Tape Measure Nail Bag Nail Puller Quick Square Utility Knife)
