SUMMARY
Sunwest Bank is seeking a Technical Business Analyst who can act as the bridge between product operations and technology teams. This role participates in Agile ceremonies troubleshoots production issues maintains the dev teams sprint backlog and user stories and supports client and internal operations across multiple products and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business and technology excellent communication skills and a passion for improving processes and supporting multiple products through Agile delivery requirements management and hands-on troubleshooting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and facilitate daily standups sprint planning and refinement with the development team; keep work items clear sized and ready.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Operations to drive resolution of troubleshooting requests and coordinate crossteam fixes.
- Manage and prioritize Azure DevOps user stories and the team backlog; maintain acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from requirement to story to release.
- Define and gather business requirements for new features and improvements; translate business needs into clear testable specifications.
- Troubleshoot product issues for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
13 years as a Support Analyst Business Analyst Systems Analyst or similar role in SaaS / fintech / technology environments.Handson Agile experience and proficiency with ticketing systems including Azure DevOps or Jira.Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with the ability to triage production issues and drive to root cause.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with engineers product managers Ops and vendors.Experience with SQL and coding is a plus (ability to read or write scripts and queries helpful).Experience working with thirdparty vendors and managing cost optimization initiatives is a plus.COMPETENCIES :
