Technical Business Analyst

SUMMARY

Sunwest Bank is seeking a Technical Business Analyst who can act as the bridge between product operations and technology teams. This role participates in Agile ceremonies troubleshoots production issues maintains the dev teams sprint backlog and user stories and supports client and internal operations across multiple products and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business and technology excellent communication skills and a passion for improving processes and supporting multiple products through Agile delivery requirements management and hands-on troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and facilitate daily standups sprint planning and refinement with the development team; keep work items clear sized and ready.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Operations to drive resolution of troubleshooting requests and coordinate crossteam fixes.
• Manage and prioritize Azure DevOps user stories and the team backlog; maintain acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from requirement to story to release.
• Define and gather business requirements for new features and improvements; translate business needs into clear testable specifications.
• Troubleshoot product issues for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple platforms.
