In-Home Family Therapist -ARMHS

As an In-Home Family Therapist on the Adult Team in Nystrom & Associates Community Based division, you’ll work in our ARMHS (Adult Rehab Mental Health Services) program. You will build relationships with clients and families to help them identify treatment goals. We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to :

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients in the home, community
• Assist clients and their families in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals
• Design and implement treatment / intervention in-home reflective of the client's needs
• Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff, and obtain continuing education units
• Employees pursuing professional licensure are eligible to participate in Nystrom & Associates’ Professional Development Track. The Professional Development Track gives early career therapists the opportunity to work as an Outpatient Therapist after 9 months of providing ARMHS services. This track also has a specific focus on continuing education and an emphasis on training and advancement.
