Accounts Payable Processor

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Accounts Payable Processor

Position type : Full-time - Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : Orlando, FL

As Accounts Payable Processor, you will be :

• Responsible for Processing invoices in JD Edwards World and / or Enterprise One AP Systems for payment, including indexing copy of invoice and backup documentation into Feith Imaging System, put together new vendor packet for submittals; vendor maintenance as needed.
• Responsible for monitoring Vendor Statements and subsequent follow-up with communities and / or Divisions for nonpayment.
• Responsible for Payment matches verification.
• Responsible for Create and generate Settlement Journal entries
