Hello Auto Group is growing and looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities :
Provide clear leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team
Monitor daily performance and support the team in meeting sales and gross targets
Work closely with the Client Advisors to drive F&I product performance and PVR
Manage CRM follow-up processes, lead response, and customer appointment handling
Help maintain a high standard for customer satisfaction and overall experience
Assist in closing deals and improving close ratios on showroom traffic
Coordinate training on sales process, product knowledge, and customer communication
Oversee administrative tasks related to deal structure, paperwork, titles, and trade payoffs
Ensure ethical and consistent presentation of finance and ancillary products
Maintain staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews in partnership with leadership
Address performance concerns in line with company expectations and policy
Qualifications :
Proven experience in dealership sales leadership or finance management
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Confident managing people, process, and performance
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of CDK or similar CRM / operating systems is preferred
Clean driving record and strong character
Available to work Saturdays
