University Behavioral Associates (UBA), a subsidiary of Montefiore Einstein, is seeking a Grants and Finance Manager to oversee the financial administration of diverse grants and contracts totaling $50+ million annually.

This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in complex, missiondriven environments. Youll join a team of 250+ staff members supporting programs that improve mental and behavioral health across New York.

What Youll Do

• Lead financial oversight of multiple grants and contracts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and sponsor requirements
• Manage budgets, claims, invoices, and receivables
• Prepare financial reports and support audits
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain fiscal integrity

What Were Looking For

Location : Tarrytown, NY (with periodic travel to Bronx offices)

Work Schedule : M- F, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $96,000.00-$120,000.00
