This role blends consultative sales with account and project management, giving you the opportunity to own your market while delivering solutions that customers trust.

What You'll Do

• Grow the business : Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
• Build your book : Expand existing accounts and develop a personal network of trusted partners. Candidates with an existing book of business-or proven ability to build one-will thrive here.
• Sell with confidence : Provide quotes, proposals, and product recommendations that solve customer challenges, while negotiating pricing and terms.
• Manage the project journey : Partner with customers from sale through project completion-ensuring safety, communication, and satisfaction at every step.
• Stay ahead of the market : Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and vendor products to bring fresh insights to your clients.
• Drive profitability : Meet and exceed sales targets, support receivables follow-up, and provide valuable feedback to branch leadership.
