Job Description :
The Account Manager is a key customer-facing strategy and sales role for the IronConnect team. This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic planning ability, effective time management skills, and outstanding communication. The primary functions of this role are to optimize site engagement and utilization of the platform to drive renewals, as well as identifying upsell opportunities as new products / technology are rolled out. This role will build and maintain relationships with our existing clients to maximize the growth of IronConnect’s software and services revenue within all existing customer accounts.
