Patient Care Coordinator

We are a growing, small audiology practice seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a supportive healthcare environment.

Schedule : Monday ? Friday, 8 : 00 AM ? 4 : 30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Compensation : $19?$23 / hour, with consideration up to $25 / hour for candidates with prior audiology assistant experience

Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments and process payments after visits

Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, many of whom are hard of hearing

Transition patient inquiries into scheduled appointments

Maintain a proactive approach?seeking tasks beyond incoming calls

Utilize office management scheduling software (training provided) and Microsoft Office

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish (conversational level) ? ability to send occasional texts / emails in Spanish

Clear and patient communication skills

Personable, positive attitude with forward-thinking mindset

Computer-savvy and comfortable learning new software

Strong customer service orientation
