3+ years of estimating experience in residential construction

• Strong knowledge of residential building systems, materials, and methods
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• A sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred but not required
