Seeking BC / BE Pediatricians to join our patient-focused Pediatric Hospitalist team at St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise, ID. This opportunity offers a supportive work environment and close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional inpatient pediatric care. The Pediatric Hospitalists will have a strong relationship with the Pediatrics clinics in Treasure Valley, as well as the Pediatric Hospitalist program in Twin Falls. What to Expect

• Caring for inpatient pediatric patients within a dedicated pediatric unit with specialty-trained pediatric nurses, conducting normal newborn exams, consults for the emergency department or other teams as needed, and ongoing medical education of residents and medical students.
• Idaho's only Children's Hospital, serving a vast regional network.
• Part of a 50-bed pediatric facility within a 388-bed tertiary care hospital.
• Access to 18 pediatric specialty practices, Level 4 NICU, PICU, and Level 2 pediatric trauma center.
• Located in Boise, ID, consistently ranked among the best small cities for quality of life.
• Attending deliveries is not required as there is an on-site NICU.
• Pediatric subspecialty care is available through the associated Children\'s hospital and includes most pediatric subspecialties.
• Call is from home and the schedule offers excellent work / life balance as well as a high degree of predictability.
• There is ample opportunity for involvement in system-level quality improvement projects and leadership activities.
