Required Skills :

• 10+ years as Business Data Analyst in IT with strong analytical & documentation skills.
• 10+ years collaborating with technical & non-technical teams to analyze complex data.
• 10+ years designing / optimizing data workflows & management processes (using modeling / mapping tools).
• 10+ years writing Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• 8+ years creating / maintaining data documentation (data dictionaries, BRDs, data mapping).
• 8+ years designing & presenting visual data models / dashboards.
• 8+ years leading data-focused meetings, documenting outcomes, and resolving issues.
