- Saturday : 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM
- Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- Monday & Tuesday : 7 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM
Requirements : Must have a valid NV driver's license to operate company vehicles and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Position Overview
Flex Officers support company operations and guard service contracts by covering posts at multiple properties. Duties include filling in for special assignments, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts. Officers provide emergency response as needed, maintain safety and security, and represent C2S in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safetyMonitor premises, identify and resolve security issuesComplete reports (DARs, incident, maintenance) promptly and accuratelyProvide excellent customer service to guests, tenants, and client staffEnsure doors and restricted areas are properly securedDirect authorized personnel and visitors to appropriate locationsReport hazards, spills, or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors or client representativesRespond to emergencies and act according to Post OrdersInvestigate suspicious behavior, question witnesses, and notify authorities if necessaryMaintain custody of company-issued patrol phone; return and charge at end of shiftSign in / out within required timeframesBuild positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and the publicMaintain a professional atmosphere at all timesSkills & Abilities
