About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Figma, Webflow, GA4, Heap, Microsoft Clarity, Jira, Looker

What You’ll Do

Design end-to-end user experiences for our web platform, from initial concept to final implementation

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups

Collaborate with marketing, product, research and other functions to optimize conversion funnels and key user journeys

Collaborate with marketing and the creative brand team on landing pages, campaigns, and growth initiatives

Guide and synthesize user research, usability testing, A / B testing, and performance metrics to inform design decisions

Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with thedesign team and project stakeholders

Collaborate and build solid relationships both with your team and cross-functionally

Maintain and suggest evolutions of our design system and existing style guides with a holistic consideration for the future of the Fivetran brand

Contribute to the culture and processes of our team

Skills We’re Looking For

3+ years of web design experience and a portfolio of shipped projects

Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback and possess a growth mindset to continuously improve your skills

Knowledge of HTML / CSS, design systems, SEO principles, and accessibility standards

Knowledge of current industry tools like Figma with the ability to adapt to new technologies; experience with Webflow is a plus

An inclusive mindset and an ability to reconcile diverse points of view

Ability to flex and adapt as new challenges and opportunities arise

Solid verbal and presentation skills that get across the process, approach, and impact of your design

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. Denver Pay Range$95,329.52—$114,400 USD
