Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, full-time, remote. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials and programs Conduct needs assessments to analyze learning needs and define instructional goals Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of instructional programs Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred) Demonstrated experience in instructional design and proficiency in e-learning development tools Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies Experience with graphic design software and building training materials in a healthcare context is a plus Thorough understanding of supporting a remote or virtual workforce preferred
