Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant- Providence Home Services Oregon

Under the supervision of the occupational therapist, provides skilled occupational therapy to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician's plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Assesses needs and provides COTA plan for services and direct treatment. The COTA functions as a member of the inter-disciplinary team.
