We are hiring for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is per-diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shifts, Hours Per Week as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• Coursework / Training and Graduate from an associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ / experience
• Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or
• Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or
• Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
