Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on developing your project team while building strong relationships with clients? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in K-12. In this role, you’ll guide your team through all phases of construction management—delivering projects efficiently while achieving financial and performance goals.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead project teams across pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction phases.
- Develop purchasing schedules and strategies to proactively address challenges during early project stages.
- Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing teams to ensure project profitability, client satisfaction, and selection of top subcontractors.
- Identify critical issues related to constructability, costs, and logistics to drive effective project execution.
- Maintain complete financial oversight, quickly identifying and addressing potential performance issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison among clients, field staff, office teams, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
- Foster relationships across all stakeholders, reinforcing a commitment to world-class customer service.
