Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with ACTIVE and client project stakeholders
  • Design and implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions with customers that satisfy their business needs
  • Coordinate all day-to-day details for implementations
  • Develop and manage technology deployment strategies
  • Develop and deploy end user training plan applicable
  • Work with Project Manager or Project Coordinator to execute implementations according to plan
  • Work with Technical Consultants to coordinate functional requirements with deliverables
  • Work with Support Analysts to facilitate handoff as project closes

  • Polished and professional approach
  • Excellent and demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly establish solid relationships with clients
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills
  • Quick to adapt to new environments / technologies and able to graspplex business processes
  • Ability to manage expectations, facilitation skills and a knack for turning conflict into positive oues
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Undergraduate degree or technical diploma
  • 2+ years of software deployment experience is an asset
  • Business experience in one or more of the following markets is an asset : ernment, Parks and Recreation, Education, Not for Profit, Endurance, Sports.
  • Technical experience withputer and network architecture, database schematics and

    • SQL. Certifications or professional designations in this area are an asset.

  • Experience with ACTIVE's software solutions are an asset
  • Understand andmunicate accounting best practices
