Position Summary :
The Marketing Manager is a creative and detail-oriented professional who leads the development and execution of marketing materials and communications that enhance member and provider engagement. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on content creation, including graphic design, presentation development, and digital media coordination. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, has a strong eye for design, and is passionate about creating clear, accessible, and effective communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Create and manage the production of a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including calendars, flyers, folders, brochures, and branded content.
Design and / or redesign impactful presentations for corporate meetings, training sessions, and community engagement events. May include creating or editing video content to accompany presentations.
Develop and support the creation and execution of multi-channel communications targeted to members, including email campaigns, text messages, newsletters, postcards, and other outreach efforts.
Develop and support the creation and execution of provider-facing materials, including emails, presentations, training materials, manuals, newsletters, and direct mail campaigns.
Oversee the development, scheduling, and execution of social media content across all platforms. This includes producing or directing the creation of reels, stories, carousels, videos, and general posts.
Research, recommend, and coordinate the ordering of promotional apparel and branded items for various marketing and outreach initiatives.
Ensure all marketing content and communications align with CCP’s brand identity, tone, and voice. Maintain consistency in visual and written communication across channels. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure materials meet regulatory and branding standards.
Ensure all member-facing materials adhere to 4th-grade readability standards and meet regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with internal leaders, team members, agencies, and vendors to help define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of marketing and communications initiatives. Use insights to adjust strategies, improve engagement, and optimize content effectiveness across all channels.

Qualifications :
