Responsibilities :
Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claimsEvaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectationsProvide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policiesMaintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to dateExpand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new businessQualifications :
Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferredPossesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious customer service or experience as a sales representative preferredLife insurance license (or willingness to obtain)Reliable transportation for client meetingsSmartphone, laptop / tablet, and basic tech skillsAbout Company
