We are very excited about the new UT medical school starting Summer 2023 and the impact it's already having on the community. Tyler is famous for its Rose Garden, Azalea Trails and Rose Festival. It's a great place to be outdoors with several lakes and parks, outdoor trails and the Piney Woods of East Texas. Top job areas are medical, education, industrial. It's not a "college town" but there are wonderful colleges and universities here - including University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler Junior College, Texas College in Tyler. East Texas also includes Jarvis Christian College, Kilgore College, LeTourneau University, and Trinity Valley Community College. Tyler is a diverse community with about 105K people in town. Greater East Texas has a population of about 1.6 million. Tyler has an active community and social scene. It's nice to be able to access "the big city" amenities (Dallas) with about a 100-mile drive without having to deal with the big city headaches on a daily basis.

Family Circle of Care is looking to expand, and we are seeking a dentist to see adults and children.
About the practice :
We are searching for a Dentist. Family Circle of Care is a Federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Tyler, TX with satellite offices in Jacksonville and Athens, TX.
Highlights :
- Bonus structure includes up to 5% of salary for productivity and up to 5% of salary for quality measures.
- 403B retirement program with up to 5% match
- Employed position so do not have the headaches of running a private practice.
- Making a difference - as an FQHC, we see Medicaid, uninsured with a sliding scale based on income, as well as privately insured patients.
- FQHC employees are eligible to apply for loan repayment programs through the National Healthcare service corp.
- Family Circle of Care received the Gold Quality award in 2022, which places us in the top 10% of community health centers nationwide for quality measures. We also received recognition for improving patient access and reducing health disparities. We are a Patient Centered Medical Home.
