Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PM to lead efforts related to the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding support services for the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and performance of a contracted program which provides support to various customers, including Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD), and various joint customers such as the US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Army, and more. Your work will encompass edge-to-enterprise engineering initiatives, enabling command and control capabilities for the Marine Corps and its mission partners.

Requirements

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Must have Project or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 in Program Management.

Experience :

Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance to include : Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.

Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include : Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.

Five (5) years as manager of C4ISR Projects.

Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
