Speech Therapist - Home Health (ST / SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services across various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.

• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, and language skills
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Stay current with best practices in the field

Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, experience preferred, knowledge of anatomy, physiology, IEPs, and testing, strong communication skills.
