LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems to support pricing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Manage internal controls and support audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.Strong expertise in cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team effectively.Why Join Us?
