Moog's Supply Chain Group is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager. The Senior Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategy development and the Procure to Pay (P2P) end-to-end process for assigned Indirect Procurement categories that are critical to supporting business operations across multiple business groups and global locations. The Senior Indirect Procurement Manager reports directly to the Indirect Procurement Director.

Minimum Qualifications to be considered

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• A master's degree and / or procurement certifications are preferred.
• Over seven years of sourcing and procurement experience that includes : sourcing strategy development, the creation and negotiation of global vendor agreements, procurement including vendor management.
• Procurement experience in Indirect categories preferred.
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Proven capability in working collaboratively within a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.

Salary Range Transparency : Buffalo, NY $150,000.00$190,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
