  • We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Line Operators to join our high-performance manufacturing team. As a core contributor to our production process, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting key equipment across various workstations assuring high-quality pipe and tubing products that are delivered on time and to spec.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operate production equipment and material handling systems according to SOPs.

    Use welding equipment to fuse materials together via STIK and MIG.

    Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.

    Monitor and maintain cycle times, flow rate, and material quality from one workstation to the next.

    Identify defects related to welds, hole positioning, Swage fitment, or pipe straightnessand escalate or correct as needed.

    Coordinate with upstream and downstream stations to manage flow, coil transitions, and bundle staging.

    Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and changeovers for production line equipment (based on level).

    Ensure proper completion of production tracking, heat number labeling, bundle counts, and board updates.

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to 5S principles and OSHA standards.

    Support equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve longevity.

    Participate in cross-training to become proficient in multiple stations and qualify as a floater or line lead.

    Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and other departments to keep production aligned.

    Follow safety procedures rigorously and wear always assigned PPE.

    Assist in loading, staging, and transporting materials when necessary (including forklift or crane operation if certified).

    Demonstrate reliability through attendance, on-time performance, and accountability for daily duties.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    1-3 years welding experience is required

    Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production preferred.

    Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety instructions, and quality control guidelines.

    Physically capable of standing for long shifts, lifting materials, and working in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong attention to detail, with the ability to recognize and respond to production defects.

    Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.

    Must pass a drug screening as a condition of employment.

    Preferred Skills (Not Required)

    Forklift or overhead crane experience

    Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting knowledge

    Experience using calipers, measuring tapes, and other quality control tools

    Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement principles
